3D printing, sewing, game design, flax weaving, CGI video, quilting. Whatever your medium, whatever your passion, we’re here to help!
A "makerspace" is a place where people can collaborate, innovate and create using information, resources and tools provided. You can play, tinker, explore, or pursue personal or professional goals. Central City Library Makerspace is open so that you can get creative! Come and experiment with the help of library staff during our free use hours or join a workshop when they are offered. The space is equipped with computers using free open-source software, a 3D printer and a Sphero robot available to use. If you want to use the Makerspace with staff help, bookings are essential.
