Birdwood House is located in the North Shore suburb of Hillcrest, 10-15 minutes from Auckland CBD, 40-45 minutes from Auckland International Airport, and 5 minutes from North Shore Hospital. A regular bus service is close by. We are within easy reach of the beach suburb of Takapuna, trendy Northcote Point, and the Birkenhead Shopping Centre with many restaurants and shops. Our beautifully restored villa is a gabled colonial-style farmhouse, embracing the very best of old and new. We offer a tranquil setting. The house is surrounded by native bush with mature trees on one side and an Italian style courtyard on the other. Relax on our lovely verandas and watch the bird life - tuis, native wood pigeons, fantails and many others.
