Hi there, I'm Jenna and I am a cake maker working from my home in Motueka. I started out my working career as a pastry chef apprentice and worked in the hospitality/baking/food industry for the best part of ten years until a injury caused me to take up a desk job. But now I am Caking again! I have very high standards for my work, and hold Baking Qualifications and Food Hygeine/Saftey Certifications- so even though my cakes are homemade, they are high quality, professionally made and safe! I frost my cakes using Swiss Meringue Butter Cream, American Buttercream, and Ganach . I am always working on other recipes so if you would like something special just ask!
