My name is Carol Howard and over the past 6 years I've created a thriving coaching and facilitation practice. I partner with people and teams to help them find clarity and confidence. My philosophy is that the best solutions and ideas are designed by you, for you. Why do people seek me out as a coach and facilitator? It's for my experience in helping people navigate work and life with clarity and calm. It's work that I love. I have a reputation for helping people and teams to discover, explore and experiment with new ways of thinking, working and being. My approach is evidence-based. My experience includes many years working with leading companies including: Cisco, Twitter, Snap Inc., Virgin and Optus. I partner with progressive people and teams to explore what's possible, challenge the status quo and work with integrity and energy. I now live in lovely New Zealand with 40% of my clients here and 60% in the US/Asia. I have lived in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and United States. I'm a fully trained and qualified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), International Association of Facilitators (IAF), Change Management Institute (CMI) and NeuroLeadership Institute (NLI).
