Born in Queenstown and raised in Oamaru I came north to Auckland in 1971 to enlist in the Royal New Zealand Navy where I served for 20 years retiring with the rank of Chief Petty Officer . My time in the RNZN created the foundation and the disciplines that I use today in the marketing and sale of my clients' personal and investment property. I was, for two and a half years, the Assistant Works Housing Officer, working to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of 515 naval houses and flats on the North Shore. The skills I learned from these positions are the skills I use today in the promotion and execution of a successful marketing plan. I have been in Real Estate since 1993 and looking back over those years and the sales I have achieved I believe that my marketing plans, my enthusiasm in the real estate sector, the people I meet and my negotiating skills have all contributed to the extensive number of successful sellers and buyers I carry on my business database today.
