Jonkers Farm is situated at one of the highest points in Auckland with views of both the east and west coast. Jonkers Farm is 536 acres and overlooks Bethells Beach, Muriwai, Kaipara Harbour, Auckland Harbour, Auckland city and the Sky Tower. We are a real working sheep and cattle farm which remains untouched and highly maintained. It is free of power lines and structures which enables film crews and events to be completely natural . Because of it's incredible, varied wilderness and amazing views is an international destination for film and special events. Jonkers Farm is in a secluded location, with intimate privacy and unique vintage style, which is why we were chosen to film America's Next Top Model, along with many other productions in complete confidentiality. We host a limited number of one of a kind, outdoor, pop up, Woodland weddings per year. 30 minutes by car from Auckland's CBD or 8 minutes by helicopter. Jonkers Farm has a private, registered Airstrip and a vintage 1940's working woolshed. Jonkers Farm is fully equipped with production offices and a studio shed for film. After 100 years on Jonkers Farm, and five generations of Jonkers family on the farm, we have a wealth of knowledge of the land and how it works, logistics and location management. We have been involved in film and events for over 25 years beginning with Black Beauty in 1990. We have all the necessary vehicles & equipment for transportation on a film set or large event.
