Kim Evans started Little & Friday from humble beginnings in 2007. She occupied a small vacant butcher's shop in the depths of Auckland Suburbia. With the help of friends and family she began prepping all week, baking up a storm on Thursday and opening up the doors to her kitchen only on Fridays. The original idea behind Little & Friday was to be transparent and make everything from scratch. The food comes straight from the oven to the customer using an abundance of fresh, free-range and organic produce. Along the way these simple ideals have not changed, but what has changed is that Little & Friday is not so little anymore. Kim operates two bustling stores open 7 days a week across Auckland.
