Whitireia New Zealand publishing students Anne, Emma, and Ya-Wen are excited to be working with Adrienne Jansen, Rachel Lawson, Kate Whitley, Anna Brown, and chef Abdel El adraoui to publish this great Moroccan cookbook. Abdel and his wife Zahra run the popular Marrakech Café in Evans Bay, Wellington.
