A food technologist with more than 25 years of experience in the food industry both New Zealand and in the Philippines. A passionate baker by heart with a scientific mind, she created a fast-growing Facebook Baking and Cooking Group with almost 380,000+ members around the globe. She is fondly called Motherbee by most members – and for a good reason. She is like the mother hen of the brood, but in her case, she takes care of a huge hive. Newbee Baking & Cooking began as a small group of newbie bakers who came together to search for answers to their most frequent baking questions and to get more information from Motherbee. To fulfil one of her dreams, she self-published her first Recipe book entitled The Purple Heart Kitchen and warmly supported by the members of the group. The most recent Laurels she achieved was to be one of Callebaut's Chocolate Hero, a prestigious title to have a known and premium brand. She also has recently launched her own baking Premium premix before the end of 2017 under her own brand name Motherbee. Starting this year February 2018, Motherbee will be Cook Magazine's new contributor writer. She also has an online classroom called Motherbee's Classroom, for people who are too far away to attend her face to face classes.
