We at Off The Track take great care in making sure we use the best possible local produce available to us here in the Bay. Our vegetables are locally grown throughout most of the year. The lamb we use grows up in the hills that surround us. We use dry aged New Zealand pure Angus beef, free range eggs and free range pork.
