You dont have to trade back with that same person, you could gain an hour by doing something for someone else. For example I spent an hour teaching someone to use facebook and then I used an hourto ask someone to make a birthday cake for my daughters party. You dont always have to have a zero balance of hours! You can sit in negatives for a while before finding you can earn hours doing something for someone and gain the hours back again!
