The Clubs and Societies Centre reception sells discounted sanitary products and DCC rubbish bag alongside scrumptious frozen meals. There is a vending machine on site that stocks a range of drinks and snacks. The above products can be purchased with cash, EFTPOS or credit. $3 lunches operate from 12pm to 2pm daily. You can pay via cash or eftpos.

We don't currently hold any awards but we do divvy them out to very special students. These are awarded for excellence, contribution or the equivalent in the area's of sport, culture or the community. The award ceremony takes place on an annual basis at our Blues and Golds ceremony. The OUSA Clubs and Societies Centre (alongside OUSA more generally) seeks to facilitate the ultimate student experience. The Clubs and Societies Centre does this by providing ample and diverse opportunities to recreate on campus.

Take a mental walk through the Clubs and Societies Building with us! The "Clubs and Soc's" building has a range of study and meeting rooms, exercise and dance spaces, a commercial kitchen, a conference area, a sports hall and a sauna. It's warm and cosy with WIFI and comfy furnishings topped off with a bunch of cheap food and beverage options.

The OUSA Clubs and Societies Centre is one of three buildings that fall under the OUSA Recreation umbrella. The other buildings are the OUSA Squash Courts and the OUSA Aquatic Centre (nope, sorry we don't have a pool it primarily houses our Rowing Club). OUSA Recreation seeks to make your time as a student fun, fun, fun by facilitating and promoting a variety of activities outside your academic study. OUSA (or the Otago University Students Association if you didn't already know) more generally aims to facilitate the ultimate student experience (both academically and outside of class).
