All abilities are welcome!! ****SERVICES OFFERED**** IRON-FIT CLASSES Our sessions are for members of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner willing to learn the fundamentals safely or you're at an experienced level willing to be pushed further, all workouts are developed for everyone to enjoy. Similar to the world phenomenon of Cross-Fit, Iron-Fit includes weight lifting, gymnastics and Met-con (Cardio) but what separates the two is the added games and laughter Iron-Fit has to offer to keep you enjoying our group environment.
