We're on a mission to make people as mad about dumplings as we are. All we care about is creating legendary, world class dumplings that blow people’s minds. Some say this is an unhealthy relationship with these little potstickers - maybe, but we think that's what make them so damn good. Our Dumplings are: Authentic: made by Shanghai born Norman, with over 30 years of experience making dumplings. Norman still uses tools and techniques passed down from generation to generation. Handmade: All of our Potstickers are handmade every day in front of customers using the recipes and techniques passed down from generations of dumpling gurus. Local: 100% Kiwi made, we use local free range, and MSG Free ingredients in our dumplings. We've built relationships with local farms and suppliers like Peter Rabbit, Peter Timbs and Theos. This allows us to bring you the most EPIC mouthwatering authentic dumplings possible, while supporting us Cantabrians.
