My name is Ross McCook and I have been a N.Z registered marriage celebrant since 2006. There are few things in life that I enjoy more than to have the amazing privilege of presiding over – what will be for most couples, one of the most significant days of their lives. I take this honour seriously and give all of my designated time and energy into your big day. I am an accomplished MC and public speaker and I believe my ‘point of difference’ from your average celebrant is my natural relaxed style. If you want officious, pompous starchy script read clichés – I'm NOT for you ! I plan meticulously, listen to you intently and speak naturally ! I promise to capture you and your dearest friends and family with an engaging, relative and often humorous service (if that’s your style). I have many great testimonials from many more than satisfied newly weds as to the ceremony’s I have presided over. I even run an outstanding pre-marriage course which regardless of your circumstances – I guarantee will enrich your relationship dramatically both in the lead up to your marriage and beyond (cost additional to ceremony). I offer both Christian and non religious services. My fees are very reasonable and will vary slightly depending on the location of your wedding – whether you want a full pre-rehearsal etc .
