Santos is my early morning haunt, and has been for around 15 years. The coffee is the best (fact) and the food is simple but incredibly yum. The staff are mainly South American, and there is always a great community vibe. Much like me, there is a large group of Aucklanders who have been beating a track to Santos everyday for years, so it’s a bit like a home away from home and it's testament to the continuous level of quality coffee, food and service." - Liz Delaney for The Denizen
