St George’s Restaurant is hosted and owned by Hawkes Bay’s accomplished, multiple culinary award winning Chef Francky Godinho. Here at St Georges we promise you an exquisite fine dining experience in our oasis of culinary art, encapsulated in the aura of French provincial architecture and minimalistic décor. Our two ground level dining areas and vine covered courtyard are perfect for those simmering Hawkes Bay summers catering for intimate dining and group functions. In addition we have a private mezzanine floor with balcony for group bookings, functions and weddings. Our restaurant offers a relaxing ambiance fully attended by the philosophy and sophistication of our service. St Georges Restaurant is very ingredient driven using organic and sustainable meats, seasonal fruits and vegetables. The majority of our fruit and vegetables are personally grown and hand-picked by Francky. Each dish is designed to carry a meaning, etched to be a pristine sensory delight for you to marvel.
