General Info

Menu: Salmon: We use only the best cut of premium fresh salmon delivered daily Salmon and Avocado (J) A well-known favourite! Although this is a staple of sushi shops everywhere, we always try to fill our rolls to the brim with salmon. Hopefully we are not adding too much… Salmon and Cream Cheese (J) This mix is not heard of in Japan, but it seems to have a following in New Zealand. Teriyaki Salmon and Pumpkin (J) Pumpkin?! The Teriyaki Salmon itself is delicious, but the creaminess of the pumpkin makes it that extra tasty. Chicken: Crispy Chicken (J) If you don’t hate chicken then our Crispy Chicken is worth a try. It seems its special taste has made it one of our most popular flavours. Teriyaki Chicken and Avocado (J) Marinated overnight, our teriyaki chicken bursts with flavour. Add some avocado and it’s a taste explosion! Teriyaki Chicken and Capsicum (J) Compared to the teriyaki chicken and avocado the capsicum gives a refreshing feeling that leaves you wanting more. Beef: Teriyaki Beef and Capsicum (J) In Japan the beef donburi (beef on rice) is a popular fast-food menu item. We’ve adapted the theme and ‘sushi’ised it. Prawn: Tempura Prawn (J) It is the combination of tempura prawn, avocado, mayonnaise as well as our special teriyaki sauce which makes this such a heavenly flavour. Teriyaki Prawn Marinated overnight, it has a lighter taste than our other teriyaki sushi but by the way it sometimes flies off the shelves, does it have a secret fanbase, we wonder…? Tuna: Tuna and Avocado (J) Compared to traditional tuna sushi we added a bit of spice, and with the creaminess of avocado, it goes down well. Tuna and Cucumber For a lighter, more refreshing taste, we recommend this flavour. Tuna and Sweetcorn Sweet and mild, this flavour is a favourite of Japanese girls. Why? Because of the sweetness, of course! Raw Tuna and Cucumber In Japan this form of tuna is called ‘negitoro’. Just before you savour this delicious taste, don’t forget the soya sauce… whether on the sushi or on your tongue is up to you. We have a range of other seafood, such as: Fish Finger Roll Fish fingers might seem like everyday fare, but our handmade tartar sauce is anything but. This combination is what will make you want to lick your fingers after eating. A light taste roll. Crab Nugget This sushi combination is not found in Japan… Maybe we should let them in on the secret… Crab Surimi with Fish Roe We wanted to try something unique with fish roe, so this sushi roll was born. Fish roe does not have a strong flavour, but it is its texture that makes this sushi so light and refreshing. Crayfish seafood Mix A popular favourite. with real crayfish and surimi the taste leaves you wanting more. and it's refreshing enough to eat over and over again! Vegetarian options are: Cheese Roll With our special tomato sauce and the combination of veggies and cheeses, we tried to go for the “pizza” feel. Tell us what you think? Pumpkin Roll When Japanese people think of vegetarian, tempura pumpkin comes to mind. We adapted this concept and combined it with the ‘French Fries’ idea to create the pumpkin roll. Simple and sweet. Inari Roll Inari is a pouch of fried tofu soaked in a sweet sauce. With avocado to balance the sweetness, this is a roll to take away your fears of tofu! For more information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sushi#Inarizushi Seaweed Salad Roll For the average Japanese vegetarian, seaweed is a common side-dish. Sushi Pac is a place of new experiences, so give this roll a try. It’s probably nothing like you are imagining. Anyway, if you love Japanese food, maybe you already know this one. Spicy Seaweed Salad Roll We use the same type of seaweed as the seaweed salad roll, but this one bites back. You can tell from the colour that this will tickle your taste buds. We also have nigiri as well as our very popular BBQ range, which we will be uploading shortly.
