Jared Gee - Head Chef since February 2016. Dunedin born with 20+ years industry experience, former Executive Chef for Scenic Hotel Southern Cross and many other positions including owner/operator of central Dunedin Cafe and out Catering business specializing in Spanish Paella. Local upbringing and training along with a number of local peers show his influence in the passion for use of local products and supporting local and regional suppliers and producers.
