About & Description

Formerly Triffid Vegan Burger Joint, we now operate once a month at the Vegan Village New Lynn night Market as Triffid Mexican Fusion.

Celebrating Mexican cuisine with a Kiwi twist, Triffid Mexican Fusion is a wild ride for your senses that you’re sure to come back for. We provide simple, healthy and ethical food that is full of flavour and good for the soul. Gluten free options available. Available once a month only at the Vegan Village.
